Use this page to ask eprojac Ltd for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability in relation to PDigger.
How to request
Email admin@eprojac.com from the Google address you use to sign in, and say what you want us to do. You may also write to eprojac Ltd, 17 Drakes Close, Esher, Surrey, United Kingdom, KT10 8PQ.
We need to verify that the request comes from you. Writing from the Google address you use to sign in is usually enough; otherwise we may ask for other reasonable proof. Someone may ask on your behalf if they show your written permission, and we may still confirm with you directly. Under UK and EU law we respond within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests. US residents: see below.
What we can do in the cloud
We can locate a sign-in profile (email, subject identifier, first and last seen), the daily quota counters, and usage ledger rows from the last 7 days (purpose, status, token counts, timestamps — not screen contents). We can give you a copy, correct the email if it changed, delete or restrict the profile, and pause proxy access. Profiles, and the matching Amazon Cognito user record, expire on their own 12 months after your last signed-in use of VLM assistance (the last authenticated request the app made to local.pdigger.com).
We cannot retrieve Ask or skill request bodies. Those are not stored in our database or application logs. Upload objects are deleted as soon as they are read; an object that is uploaded but never submitted expires under a one-day S3 lifecycle rule, which removes it within about two days. Deleted rows may persist in database backups for up to 7 days before they are unrecoverable.
What stays on your Mac
Recorded history, document maps, and the capture buffer stay on your computer in ~/Library/Application Support/PDigger. Only you can delete them. In the app, open Settings and use Delete history… to remove matching records (this does not remove the document images those records referred to; they stay in the folder until you delete them), or Reveal in Finder to open the folder and delete it yourself. Sign out deletes the Keychain session only. Removing the app does not delete local history.
If we act only as a processor for content your organisation sent, we may forward your request to that organisation.
Website analytics
Google Analytics runs only after you click Accept on the site. You can withdraw on the Cookie Notice page, which deletes the analytics cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Decline. Analytics data is not linked to your PDigger account, so we cannot find it by email; Google keeps it for 2 months.
US residents
eprojac is below the thresholds at which US state privacy laws apply, so they do not currently apply to it. If you live in the US you can still ask for access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information under How to request above; we answer every request, and if a state privacy law does apply to you we respond within the period it sets. We do not sell or share personal information. See the Privacy Policy, section 13.
