What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels.
Cookies set by eprojac Ltd on local.pdigger.com are first-party. Cookies set by others (for example Google or Amazon Cognito during sign-in) are third-party.
What we use
Strictly necessary (sign-in only)
When you start sign-in from the PDigger app, Amazon Cognito and Google set cookies that are required to complete OAuth, protect the sign-in form, and return you to the app. These are set only on the sign-in pages, and only when you sign in. Blocking them prevents sign-in.
First-party storage
The interactive homepage may store a sample or imported timeline in this browser’s localStorage (pdigger-landing-v1) so the demo workspace survives a refresh. Your Accept or Decline choice for analytics is stored in localStorage (pdigger-analytics-consent). Neither is a tracking cookie, and neither is sent to us or to Google.
Optional analytics (Google Analytics 4) — only after you Accept
We use a basic consent model. Nothing from Google is loaded until you click Accept in the bar at the bottom of the page. Before you choose, or if you Decline, no request is made to Google and no analytics cookie is set. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Decline.
If you Accept, Google Analytics 4 sets the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_Z4Q8E6JH7E so we can count page visits and Download button clicks on local.pdigger.com. Google processes that data as our analytics provider; our contracting entity is Google Ireland Limited. Event data is kept for 2 months. We do not use advertising cookies, Google Signals, or any advertising features.
If you withdraw consent, we delete _ga and _ga_Z4Q8E6JH7E and stop loading Google Analytics.
CloudFront and the browser may use ordinary connection and cache behaviour that is not used to identify you.

Your analytics choice
Accept or Decline at any time. Declining after accepting deletes the analytics cookies and stops loading Google Analytics.
Your choices
Use Accept or Decline in the bottom bar, or the controls above, to give or withdraw consent for analytics. Withdrawal takes effect immediately and deletes the analytics cookies. You can also send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser; we treat it as Decline. Blocking Cognito or Google cookies will prevent app sign-in. Clearing localStorage for local.pdigger.com removes the demo workspace and your analytics choice, and the bar will ask again. To ask us about analytics data, see Data requests.
